Danny Worth followed up his 5 hit night with his 2nd homer. Freddy Guzman added 2 hits and a stolen base. Andrew Kown allowed 4 runs in 5 innings.
Dunedin 3 Lakeland 1
LFT Blog has the report on Porcello’s outing. Like his other turns, he started off excellent before running out of steam in the middle innings. Not a big concern at all at this point. Lou Ott had 3 hits.

Billfer – I wonder if you, or anyone really, has seen Jeff Larish hit, and if you have, what are your thoughts?
I’ve only seen him once. It was earlier this week. I don’t claim to have a scouts eye, or even close to one really, but to me his swing looked long, but quick, if that makes any sense. In other words the path of his swing seemed long, but his bat speed made up for it. In the only AB I saw, he hit 3 HR’s. 2 that went foul(one a no doubter, another that probably had HR distance), then a third that went to right center about 415 feet.
If memory serves me correctly, all 3 were with 2 strikes. His stance is a little peculiar, holding the bat rather close to his body, and holding it so relaxed you think he could drop the bat(similar to how Justin Morneau holds the bat…motionless). Then he waits on the ball longer than avg., then, uncoils.
