NOW OVERALL I THINK THAT MAX SCHERZER HAS BEEN THE BEST TIGERS PITCHER IN THE LAST 3-5 GAMES. HE NEEDS TO GO DEEP IN THE GAME TODAY TO GIVE THEIR BULLPEN A REST. HE AT LEAST HAS TO GO 6-7 INNINGS TONIGHT.
he’s been very good lately..hopefully he will continue his good pitching
now seriously! who in their right mind would bat Raburn and Boesch on either side of Cabrerra…..brilliant!
error stolen base error. 1-0.and I read someplace around here how the Tigers are a good defensive team!
Mumbles crazy line up gets two runs by pure luck and this will encourage Mumbles to do it again!!!!..I guess its better to be lucky than good…..
maybe it’s better to be good.
that could have been a whole lot worse…good job getting out of that with 1
Binge…nice at bat a real legit sac
R3L2O-success!
How do you walk a guy hitting .179 – TWICE in a row.
Nevermind – I get it – he was setting up the DP.
Donkey! Maybe he should be batting 5th…
Somehow “Jhonny Popup (I mean Peralta), Shortstop, batting 6th”, doesn’t excite me very much.
Boesch and Kelly!!!!!
doesn’t look like Jackson wants to give in to the ROY race…..if he isn’t leading he has
to be real close
Who are the other candidates this year?
There is alot of hype about Desmond Jennings.
wrong person. I’ll look it up.
Neftali Feliz Rangers
Brennan Boesch
Austin Jackson
Sergio Santos White Sox
Carlos Santana Indians
OK, their calling that error a hit for BB. Did anyone else notice he didn’t touch first base. Maybe I missed it, but when they showed the replay it looked like he didn’t touch the base.
I’m going to DVR the replay at midnight and see if they show the hit/error and foot not touching the base. Unbelievable..
The importnat thing is how it looks in the boxscore.
Fortunately, it was a subjective call.
Yup, he touched the base!
9th…… let the real game begin……..
Kelly gets POG, not only for the HR, but because he preserved the save stituation for Valverde with his R32O fail in the last of the 8th.
KC and CHi (tied at 5-5 in the last of the eighth in game 1), are actually playing a twi-night doubleheader tonight. I didn’t think they did that anymore.
2 1/2 hours. Over and out.
