Today the Tiger Season turns 100.
Tomorrow’s a day off. I wonder how many won’t notice?
Another good start by Anibal and he may work his way into the trade rumor rotation.
Today’s Lineup:
- Ian Kinsler, 2B
- Alex Presley, RF
- Justin Upton, LF
- Miguel Cabrera, 1B
- Nick Castellanos, 3B
- Victor Martinez, DH
- Mikie Mahtook, CF
- James McCann, C
- Jose Iglesias, SS
Pitching: Anibal Sanchez vs Ian Kennedy
I would advise Warwick Saupold to take a screenshot of that Faces of WAR page before they update it tomorrow.
At this rate, JaCoby Jones will be replacing him there. Closely followed by William Cuevas.
We won’t lose tomorrow.
Lettuce PH for miggy. Somehow it seems appropriate.
The official scorer must hate Alexander. Gave hits to both Lettuce and Casty.
After the day off Thursday, the Tigers play 20 consecutive games. Astros, Yankees, O’s, Pirates, Twinkies and Rangers. Trying to be positive as Gibby would say, all it takes is for us to win the first 10 and we’ll be back to .500.
The first ten wins in a row are always the hardest.
I see 3-17 coming up. Free fall.
I don’t think even the Wizard of Oz could help this team!!!
Or even the Blizzard of Ozz. They’re going off the rails…
Ay. (ay ay ay…)
Brad, great motivational master that he is, brings Rondon into a hopeless situation. Of course this will be a great help to Bruce who has shown his fortitude in the past. Maybe Lettuce can shut them down.
At least with the off day, Romine should be available to pitch on Friday.
Hopefully as the starter.

Romine was my Player of the Game….Lettuce has so much versatility…We have to be the worst team in baseball running the bases….It’s Bozo’s big top every night… This has been ugly and it could be a real train wreck for the rest of the season…
At least are guys stay around the on deck circle….That’s good coaching.
